When planning a wedding, it is essential to have, at minimum, a coordinator. This is different from an onsite or venue coordinator as they are not responsible for keeping you on schedule, executing decor & other details, instructing your & your guests, or ensuring the success of your event. A venue or onsite coordinator is just there to protect the venue. When investing thousands of dollars into your wedding, a coordinator is an essential piece to protecting those investments & making sure your money didn’t go to waste in executing your perfect day! We can help spot potential missteps, missed details, holes in timelines, etc. that can protect your time & money.

We offer various levels of wedding & event planning and coordination, with packages that can be customized to fit your unique needs. We offer coordination, wedding management, full planning, design services, rentals, & more!

Each package is priced based on its offerings & your specific event's needs. We are proud to offer competitive, transparent pricing for our services in this market! We can also customize your package and pricing to fit your budget and needs. Please note, based on Holiday/ Holiday weekend event dates, event size & scope, venue specifics, location, travel, and lodging, prices vary from base pricing listed above. Full, all-in pricing will be included in your proposal as well as clearly stated in your contract. Our services start at $2800 & the average PW&E client spends $3300 on services. All services are subject to KY State sales tax (6%).

While we do not manage or create budgets, or track spending, we can help recommend vendors who will fit in your budget! We have worked with couples with wedding budgets from $20,000 to $140,000.

We are happy to offer a variety of year-round discounts for off-season dates November-March as well as bucket list venues or destinations. Are you a friend or family of a previous PW&E client? Have them shoot us a message and we'll be happy to extend a Friends & Family discount! Not sure if you qualify for a discount? Just ask! We want you to get the best deal possible! For our destination wedding couples, we offer very large discounts on services for certain destinations! *Please note, discounts do not stack & are not available on Holiday & Holiday weekend events.

Nope! We like to do all sorts of events including birthdays, showers, elopements, engagement parties, welcome parties, corporate celebrations, & more!

Absolutely! We love to travel & can discuss arrangements for your wedding or event outside of Louisville. Ask about our bucket list locations & venues to see if you qualify for a discount! *Please note, all travel & lodging charges will be included in your proposal as well as clearly stated on your contract.
